Is there a fee to participate in the hiring fair?
- No, participation in the hiring fair is at no cost for employers and job seekers.
- When is the registration deadline?
- Please register by Friday, Sept. 5 to secure your spot.

Can we conduct private interviews during the event?
- Yes, a designated area with black curtains, to the left of the hiring fair entrance, will be available for conducting private interviews.
Will there be snacks and refreshments available?
- Yes, snacks and refreshments will be provided for employers during the event.
How many representatives can we bring?
- Two chairs will be provided for your representatives at the booth. If additional seating is required, please let us know at check in, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are tablecloths provided?
- Yes, a floor-length tablecloth will be provided for each booth
Do we need to stay for the entire event?
- We recommend remaining until the end of the event. Many job seekers arrive after 5 pm, so staying during the 5-6 pm hour may provide an opportunity to meet more candidates.
- When should we arrive for setup?
○ Please arrive by 2:30 PM for setup.
