  1. Get to Know the Job Seekers

    • Engage with job seekers to see if they are a good fit for your company and the positions you have available. Prepare some Q&A questions in advance and keep them handy during the event. This will help facilitate meaningful conversations and help you quickly identify potential candidates.
  2. Bring Applications for On-Site Completion
    • With application tables available for job seekers to apply onsite, we encourage employers to bring physical applications ready for interested candidates to fill out during the event. This can expedite the hiring process and allow you to gather detailed information about applicants immediately.
  3. Prepare for On-Site Interviews

    • If you find a candidate who stands out, be ready to conduct interviews on the spot. We have a dedicated area for private interviews, so bring your interview questions and any other materials you might need to make the most of these interactions.
  4. Don't Let Interested Job Seekers Walk Away Empty-Handed

    • Be sure to provide job seekers with your business card/flyer or utilize our Job Opening Reference Sheet. Fill in your company information, job openings, and ways to apply. You can either fill these out by hand during the event or pre-fill the PDF and print out copies before the event. Bring plenty of copies to hand out as job seekers stop by your booth.
  5. Be Prepared for Job Seekers Without Resumes

    • Not all job seekers may have a resume ready. Consider bringing a notepad and pen to take notes about potential candidates. This will ensure you have all the necessary information to follow up with them after the event.
  6. Make Your Booth Inviting and Informative

    • Create an engaging booth display that highlights your company’s values, culture, and open positions. Use visuals, banners, and brochures to attract job seekers and provide them with a clear understanding of what your company offers.
  7. Follow-Up is Key

    • After the event, follow up with promising candidates to continue the conversation. We will provide you with a list of job seekers who visited your booth, making it easier to reach out. Whether it’s a thank-you email or a formal invitation to apply, showing interest will leave a positive impression and keep the momentum going.
